Which is easier to use?

ConvertKit is the easiest autoresponder I’ve ever used, and it’s not particularly close. From setup to daily tasks, I had zero issues with their user interface & can navigate through the entire dashboard quickly.

On the other hand, SendinBlue is a really powerful tool (similar to the likes of ActiveCampaign). One thing they don’t lack on is the ease of use! It’s rather easy to use SendinBlue for how many features are included, which is something that you’ll love to know when you login.

So although both platforms are pretty easy to get setup with, ConvertKit deserves the upper hand in this section.

Which has better support?

I haven’t had to ever ask support for anything from either provider, so I personally can’t comment on this one. But, I can share what support they offer to their users.

ConvertKit has a knowledge database, live workshops, and support ticket system. So if the helpdesk doesn’t help you, you know you’ll be in contact via email to fix your issue!

SendinBlue has a help center & academy for their users. On top of that, they offer email support to users on a lower plan, then phone & chat at a higher level. For their Enterprise users, they’ll even have a dedicated account manager!

Which has better integrations?

ConvertKit and SendinBlue both integrate with a bunch of different softwares. You should be fine no matter what tool you have, but it’s important to be certain before deciding!

Which has better templates?

SendinBlue and ConvertKit both offer templates to get their users up and running quickly. After going through both libraries, they’re pretty similar in what they have to offer!

99% of my emails are sent in plain HTML anyway, so this isn’t a huge factor. As we’ll go over in the next section, you really don’t want to end up in their spam folder.

Which has better deliverability?

Now for the most important aspect of both softwares, deliverability. Nothing else matters if you’re constantly landing in the spam folder, so make sure you focus on this aspect when choosing your email service provider!

While SendinBlue was still really solid, ConvertKit gave me the highest open rates I’ve ever seen. SendinBlue wasn’t much lower, but I’ve been really happy with ConvertKit’s deliverability since day 1.
