The only funnel builder I recommend is ClickFunnels 2.0, for a few reasons.
It's affordable, easy to use, a complete product and they have a helpful customer team. I can't say the same for the other funnel builders I've tested on this website anymore.

GrooveFunnels vs Kajabi is an interesting battle, as they can both be used for similar purposes.
That’s why in this comparison, we’re going to compare both of these pieces of software to help you find the best option. And, no, unlike most other comparisons, I’m not going to send you straight to one, and tell you the other is useless.
They both have their advantages and it depends on your situation to see which is the best fit.
Here's what we'll cover...
About GrooveFunnels
GrooveFunnels is a new funnel-building software that only launched this year. Despite it being so new, it has already become extremely popular and has over 100,000 members.
This fast growth is probably down to the great management by the founders, as well as the huge list of features that it offers.
But, we’ll talk more about that later on…
About Kajabi
Kajabi was founded in 2010 and has since then become one of the most popular platforms for course creators online.
It aims to be an all-in-one marketing platform, but it is tailored a little more towards people who want to create membership sites and sell courses.
Which has the better features?
Now that we know some basic information about both of these platforms, let’s dive into the features.
GrooveFunnels Features
As mentioned earlier in the about section, GrooveFunnels blows away most of its competitors in terms of features.
Take a look at the full list below and you’ll see what I mean.
- GroovePages (Page builder)
- GrooveSell (Sales platform)
- GrooveAffiliate (Affiliate platform)
- GrooveMail (email autoresponder)
- GrooveMember (Membership site builder)
- GrooveVideo (Video hosting software)
- GrooveKart (E-commerce platform)
- GrooveWebinars Live (Live webinar platform)
- GrooveWebinars Automated (Automated webinar platform)
- GrooveStreaming Live (Streaming platform for social media)
- GrooveSurvey (Survey feature)
- GrooveQuiz (Quiz feature)
- GrooveBlog (Blogging platform)
- GrooveDesk (Support desk platform)
- GrooveCalendar (Calendar platform)
- GroovePipe CRM (CRM platform)
- GrooveFunnel Mapping (Funnel mapping platform)
- GrooveProof (Social proof platform)
- GrooveAutomations (Automations platforms)
- GrooveSDK (3rd party developer access)
That is a huge list. If you take a close look at them, you’ll probably see every type of software you use, as a feature. That’s exactly what GrooveFunnels is aiming to become, a true all-in-one platform that replaces everything.
However, some of these features aren’t available yet.
But all the main features such as the page builder and autoresponder are available now!
To give you a better idea, below is a list of the features that are readily available.
- GroovePages
- GrooveMail
- GrooveSell
- GrooveAffiliate
- GrooveMember
- GrooveVideo
- GrooveDesk
- GrooveKart
Right now, these are the only ones you can use. However, there are more being added every couple of months. Plus, even with the existing features, you have more than enough to build a successful online business.
Most businesses only use the features that are already released. And they use about five pieces of software to do so. With GrooveFunnels, you’ll have everything you need all packed into one easy to use platform.
Plus, considering the price, with only the existing features it’s a crazy deal. The ones coming in the future are just a bonus. But, we’ll talk more about the pricing later on.
Kajabi Features
As you have seen in the previous section, GrooveFunnels has a pretty solid list of features that is quite hard to compete with. Let’s take a look to see whether Kajabi can compete with it.
Here are Kajabi’s core features:
- Membership site builder
- Website builder & pages
- Email marketing
- Payments
- Pipelines
- Unlimited video hosting via Wistia
- Assessments (Surveys & Quizzes)
As you can see, Kajabi’s list doesn’t quite compare to GrooveFunnels’, but that was to be expected. So, let’s talk a little about the features they have in common to help you decide which is best for you.
In terms of the membership sites, Kajabi’s builder is superior. This might change in the future because GrooveFunnels is still actively improving & developing, but as of right now Kajabi does offer a little bit more customization and a little bit of a better feel in this particular feature.
This means, if selling courses is your primary business and you want to have the best possible membership site, Kajabi could be the better option.
However, in almost every other common feature between them, GrooveFunnels is superior. Website & page building is one of GrooveFunnels’ main features so it has more options and flexibility. Because of the newer technology, GrooveFunnels’ pages also seem to load faster too.
In terms of email marketing, they’re quite similar at the moment. However, GrooveFunnels is going to be adding a lot more to their automations which will make it comparable to ActiveCampaign.
They both offer some type of video hosting, while GrooveFunnels has it built-in, Kajabi comes with unlimited free hosting via Wistia.
One aspect in which Kajabi is somewhat superior is the pipelines, as it has more templates for your entire sales pipeline. However, GrooveFunnels also has shareable campaigns which Kajabi doesn’t have.
Other than that, GrooveFunnels is completely dominant in terms of features because it simply has way more (see below).
Features only available in GrooveFunnels:
- GrooveKart (E-commerce platform)
- GrooveWebinars Live (Live webinar platform)
- GrooveWebinars Automated (Automated webinar platform)
- GrooveStreaming Live (Streaming platform for social media)
- GrooveBlog (Blogging platform)
- GrooveDesk (Support desk platform)
- GrooveCalendar (Calendar platform)
- GrooveFunnel Mapping (Funnel mapping platform)
- GrooveProof (Social proof platform)
- GrooveSDK (3rd party developer access)
Getting all of these features outside of Kajabi can easily cost you another $400 per month.
Advantage: GrooveFunnels
What’s the price of each platform?
Let’s take a look at the costs of both of these platforms.
GrooveFunnels Pricing
GrooveFunnels currently has two pricing plans, but this is expected to change pretty soon. While currently, you can get a lifetime membership for a fraction of the annual costs of all the features on their own, in the future this is expected to change to $299 per month.
So getting in early, is definitely worth it.
GrooveFunnels Free
GrooveFunnels free gives you access to all their features, which is an incredible deal. I don’t think I have ever seen any SaaS tool offer something similar.
The main limitations of this plan are:
- 3 Websites
- 3 Custom domains
- 500 email contacts
- 15 videos
- 1 Membership site
- GrooveKart higher fees
Still, you have everything you need to start your online business with this plan. If you’re just starting and are on a budget, this could be the perfect option for you. If you’re looking to lock in this deal, you can use the button below to do so.
There is no credit card required for this plan, you can get your free account here.
GrooveFunnels Platinum Lifetime
If you’re serious about using GrooveFunnels and want to grow your business, then the Platinum lifetime deal is your best option.
Despite, the first plan being free, I would argue this is just as good value. The reason being is simply how much money you’ll save in subscriptions.
As we spoke about earlier, getting all of these separately would cost you thousands in annual subscriptions (see below). But, with GrooveFunnels’ limited time platinum deal you can get it at $1337 for life. That means, you’ll never have to pay for subscriptions again, which is an incredible deal.
If you would like to upgrade now, you can go straight to the page where this deal is available here. Or you can click the button below to sign up for a free account and test it out first.

- Webinars & Events
- Ready to Use Templates
- Assessments (Quizzes & Surveys)
- 24/7 Chat Support
- Advanced Automations
- Ability to Remove Kajabi Branding
- Affiliate Program
- Code Editor
Something to note about the Kajabi pricing is that you’ll probably have to be on the growth plan to get good results. This is because you’ll probably need advanced automations and the ability to create an affiliate program for your product. Interestingly, these features pretty much come with the free plan of GrooveFunnels.
Plus, it would be quite annoying if you were to pay $149 per month and couldn’t remove the Kajabi branding. Apart from the contact limits, the GrooveFunnels free plan is quite comparable to the Kajabi $149 per month plan.
The free plan has more websites and the same number of products as the Kajabi Basic plan.
Advantage: GrooveFunnels
Everything else you need to know about GrooveFunnels vs Kajabi
Below, you’ll find everything else you need to know about GrooveFunnels vs Kajabi.
Which is easier to use?
Both are incredibly easy to use, as they come with drag & drop builders for the pages & emails. However, because GrooveFunnels is quite new, there are still some minor bugs. The GrooveFunnels developer team is constantly working on them and they are becoming rarer day by day.
But still, it’s a slight win for Kajabi.
Advantage: Kajabi
Which has better support?
Both Kajabi and GrooveFunnels have email, live chat, and help center as support. This is pretty standard for most SaaS tools.
Advantage: Tie
Which has more integrations?
Kajabi is one of the most popular membership platforms on the market and has been around since 2010. Despite this, it’s actually a pretty close call in terms of integrations.
In total Kajabi has 31. GrooveFunnels on the other hand has 29, so it’s incredibly close. Plus, I do also believe that GrooveFunnels will be adding more in the future, so I’d call this a tie too, especially when you consider Groove’s existing features.
Advantage: Tie
Which has better templates?
GrooveFunnels has better templates. Kajabi’s templates all look extremely similar, while GrooveFunnels has a lot more diversity in their templates.
Advantage: GrooveFunnels
Which has the better page builder?
GrooveFunnels has the better page builder as that’s pretty much its main feature. It’s more flexible, and can pretty much build any type of website you wish. Kajabi, on the other hand, is more focused on landing & sales pages only, while GrooveFunnels lets you build blogs, full-navigation websites, or anything else easily.
You can build these with Kajabi, but it’s much harder.
Plus, GrooveFunnels’ page builder also gives you many more elements which also gives you more options. Kajabi’s page builder is good too, but it doesn’t quite compare with GrooveFunnels.
Advantage: GrooveFunnels
My Final Thoughts
As you have seen throughout this comparison, both of these options are great pieces of software. They give you a good number of features to help you build an online business and come at a reasonable price.
Why you may want to go with GrooveFunnels
GrooveFunnels is the ultimate all-in-one software that gives you everything you need to build an online business. Not only that, but right now, you’re extremely early too which means you can get access to all of these tools for a ridiculously low one-time fee.
If you’re looking to grow and scale an online business, GrooveFunnels will help you do exactly that and save thousands in subscription costs. This means you’ll have a bigger budget for marketing, and will be able to scale quicker.
Combine this with the fact that you’ll have some of the most powerful marketing tools on the market and you will be in a great position.
Why you may want to go with Kajabi
Many people see Kajabi as the #1 platform for courses.
In terms of membership sites, there aren’t many platforms that even come close. It’s a robust piece of software that can handle lots of customers, and also gives you an incredible amount of customization in the back-end.
GrooveFunnels isn’t quite as advanced in the membership site building feature. If this is the true core of your business, then consider going for Kajabi.
However, GrooveFunnels does come quite close, so you can also try the free version of it first to see whether it’s for you first.
